New College Tutor

The Scottish United Reformed & Congregational College are delighted to announce the appointment of Revd Trevor Jamison as a new college tutor from September 2016. Trevor is an ordained minister in the United Reformed Church and is currently serving as Chaplain to Eco congregations Scotland.




Valedictory Service

The 2016 end of year service was held at Hamilton URC. The service includes presentations to Students completing courses, pictured here are three students who completed TLS study.


In addition time was taken to recognise the work of two members of staff who are leaving the college:


Revd. John Young has served as a college tutor for a number of years, retired at the end of the academic year. Pictured here with college principal Revd. Dr Jack Dyce.


Revd John Butterfield resigned as college chaplain and a member of the management committee as he will shortly be taking up a new ministry with the Church of Scotland. He was thanked for his work by the chair of the college chair, Myra Rose (pictured)
